I would like some response to this idea. I have started to write in the past, but stopped myself because what I have to say might not be pleasant for others to read.

I have PTSD as the result of a number of things, mainly as the result of having been married to a severe NPD man.

Other things happened that were traumatic, but there were healing points with them. There was none with him. I just finally took therapists' advice to protect myself. But I did not protect my daughter.
